  • water chestnuts
  • chicken livers
  • bacon
  • soy sauce
  • brown sugar

Directions

    Fold 1/3 of a chestnut in each liver and wrap with bacon. Secure with toothpick.

    Marinate at least 4 hours in soy sauce. Dip each one in brown sugar.

    Boil about 15 minutes until liver is done.
