Liverwurst Ball

  • 1 lb liverwurst
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (can use neufchatel 1/3 less fat)
  • 3 tablespoons white horseradish (I use Hot)
  • 2 tablespoons Grey Poupon mustard
  • 1/4 cup red onion, minced
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions

    Blend the Liverwurst and cream cheese together.

    Add the other ingredients except the walnuts.

    Roll into a ball.

    On waxed paper roll the ball in chopped walnuts.

    Refrigerate for at least an hour.

    Serve with rye crackers or bread sticks. Enjoy!
