Lo-Cal Bread Pudding

  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 2 envelopes Equal
  • 4 slices bread
  • nutmeg to taste
  • 1/2 c. raisins

Directions

    Cut bread in half in casserole dish. Beat all other ingredients, except nutmeg.

    Pour over bread.
  3. 3
    Shake on nutmeg. Bake at 350° until set and knife comes out clean.
