Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated or sliced onion
  • 1 1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • dash of hot sauce
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. vegetable (optional)

Directions

    Spray a 9-inch pie plate with Pam. Grate cheese in bottom of plate.

    Put onion on top and 1 cup vegetable if you wish.

    All else in blender.

    Pour in pie pan on top of other ingredients. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
