- 4 oz. Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. grated or sliced onion
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- dash of hot sauce
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. vegetable (optional)
Directions

1Spray a 9-inch pie plate with Pam. Grate cheese in bottom of plate.

2Put onion on top and 1 cup vegetable if you wish.

3All else in blender.

4Pour in pie pan on top of other ingredients. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
