- 1 green pepper
- 2 cans tuna
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Combine tuna, onion and pepper in bottom of greased pie plate. Combine remaining ingredients in blender and blend until mixed. Pour over items in pie plate.

2Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese.

3Bake at 400° for 45 to 50 minutes.
