Ingredients
- 1/2 cabbage head, grated
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 6 packs Equal sweetener
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix cabbage, carrots, onion, pepper and celery in bowl.

2In another bowl, mix oil, vinegar, Equal, salt and pepper together. Stir well.

3Combine the oil mixture and cabbage mixture.

4Let stand several hours or overnight in refrigerator.

5Makes a large bowl.

6Will keep for 3 days.
