- 4 to 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. nonfat lemon yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Dip each piece of chicken in a mixture of yogurt, ginger and garlic powder.

3Then coat lightly with bread crumbs.

4Place in a single layer in a non-stick baking pan.

5Bate at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender and coating is crisp.
