  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 can bean sprouts, drained and rinsed
  • 4 Tbsp. oil
  • garlic powder to taste
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 can mushroom stems and pieces
  • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce

    Cook vermicelli; drain and rinse.
