  • 1 small onion
  • 1 lb. (450 g) lean ground chicken
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing, divided
  • 1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley
  • 4 Cracker Barrel Mozzarella Cheese Slices
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1/4 cup Miracle Whip made with Olive Oil Spread*
  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into 12 slices

    Cut four 1/8- inch rings from onion; reserve for later use.

    Finely chop remaining onion.

    Mix ground chicken, onion, garlic, 2 Tbsp.

    dressing and parsley in medium bowl.

    Form into 4 patties.

    Heat remaining dressing in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Add patties and cook 12 to 14 min.

    or until done (165 degrees F).

    Top burgers with cheese and cook 1 min.
