- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (16 ounce) container French onion dip
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
Directions

1Peel the potatoes.
