  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 3 cups chopped cooked lobster
  • 24 RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

    Beat egg lightly in medium bowl.

    Stir in mayo and cumin.

    Add lobster, crushed crackers and onion; mix well.

    Shape evenly into 6 patties; coat both sides with cornmeal.

    Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add patties; cook 4 to 5 min.

    on each side or until golden brown on both sides.

    Drain on paper towels.
