Ingredients
- 2 -3 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup onion, diced finely
- 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning mix (original blend)
- 1 (14 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 cup light cream
- 3 cups milk
Directions

1In a soup pot, melt the butter over medium high heat.

2Add the onions and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

3Add lobster meat and Mrs. Dash and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally.

4Add the evaporated milk slowly. Next add the milk and cream slowly, stirring at the same time.

5Heat the stew til almost boiling, but do not let it boil!

6Take off heat and let cool.

7Refrigerate over night.

8Heat slowly the next day until hot but not boiling.

9We like to serve ours with oyster crackers or some fresh, chewy type bread (like sourdough).
