- 2 c. cream
- 1 c. butter
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. lobster meat
Directions

1Simmer lobster meat in butter until it reaches a good pink color.

2Slowly add milk and cream, stirring constantly until stew has developed a rich salmon color.

3Remove from heat and let age 5 or 6 hours.

4Reheat slowly.
