- 5 large ripe, peeled tomatoes, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped finely
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced thinly, including green tops
- 1/2 c. granulated coarse salt
Directions

1Soak salmon in cold water and salt for 3 hours.

2Remove skin and bones of salmon, then shred finely.
