- Season-All salt
- A.1. steak sauce
- oleo
- Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cans mushroom gravy

1Buy thick cut, no marbling!

2Place in Pyrex dish.

3Stick fork in meat several places.

4Sprinkle Season-All salt over meat. Cover meat with pats of oleo; put A.1. sauce and Worcestershire sauce over top.

5Broil for 15 to 20 minutes until brown.

6Turn meat, repeat steps starting with Season-All salt.

7With electric knife, cut diagonally in thin slices; put back in pan with 2 cans mushroom gravy.

8Cover meat with gravy.

9Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.
