  • 1 1/2 cup dice longbean
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp butter or oil
  • 1 dash salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 3 small red chili pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaf

    with butter or oil saute longbean for 5 minute then add seasoning

    ADD THE BEATEN EGGS AND ADDED LIGHT SOY SAUCE ONTO THE SAUTED LONG BEAN

    In low heat cook for another 3 to 5 minute and cover with lid till egg white are set ,optional fold over or serve open faced omelette
