  • enough loquats to fill a pie crust
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Peel and seed loquats.

    Fill bottom crust.

    Mix sugar, cornstarch, butter and lemon juice.

    Pour over fruit, then cover with a top crust and bake until lightly browned at 350° about 1 hour.
