- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3 c. warm water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 9-10 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Mix flour, salt & sugar.

2Mix yeast and water together and pour onto flour mixture.

3Add oil & beaten eggs.

4Knead dough and cover. One hour later, knead again.

5Let sit for another hour.

6Repeat this process 3 more times.

7The last time you knead the dough, let it rest for 2 hours.

8Then form buns on a greased cookie sheet and cover with towels until the next morning.

9Bake uncovered in the morning at 350° for 12 mins. or longer.
