Ingredients
- pork chops (minimum 3/4-inch thick)
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. sage
- 1/4 c. white wine
Directions

1Brown chops in small amount of oil (or use nonstick pan and no oil) to seal both sides (do not cook through).

2Pat oil off chops. Mix above ingredients together.

3Arrange chops in baking dish; pour mixture over chops.

4Bake in a 350° oven for 3/4 hour, or until tender.

5Do not overcook.

6If mixture is too dry, add more wine to make more liquid.

7If left as is, it may caramelize while baking.
