- 1 box sugar-free jello (3 oz.; cherry or lemon)
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Prepare graham cracker crust according to package directions; omit sugar and use low calorie margarine where it calls for butter.

2Add 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon; press into square 10 x 10-inch pan.
