  • 1 c. tomato juice
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions

    Combine all ingredients.

    Roll chicken in tomato juice mix. Place, skin side down, in baking pan.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Turn chicken and pour remaining tomato juice over it.

    Continue baking for 1/2 hour.
