- 1 small head cabbage
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/4 c. rice, uncooked
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 soup can water
Directions

1Cut cabbage in 1/2-inch wedges and place in bottom of casserole.

2Brown hamburger and onions and drain off excess fat. Add rice and place on top of cabbage.

3Mix tomato soup with can of water and heat.

4Pour over all and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
