- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 5 Tbsp. water
- 5 egg whites
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. grated orange peel
- 1/4 tsp. almond flavoring
Directions

1Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.

3Add water to egg whites.

4Add sugar and cream of tartar; beat until stiff.

5Add orange peel and flavoring.

6Quickly fill greased muffin tins.

7Bake at 350° for 15 minutes until golden brown.
