- 3 c. low-fat milk
- 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in saucepan.

2Bring to a boil over medium heat.

4Pour into 1-quart casserole. Cover with plastic wrap directly on surface of hot pudding.

5Chill for 30 minutes.

6Remove plastic wrap.

7Sprinkle with more cinnamon, if desired.
