  • 1 cup Flavored Low Carb Yogurt

    In a blender, mix your choice of low carb yogurt and 2 complimentary flavored cups of fat free / low calorie home made Jello

    Put in a bowl or pack it up and bring it with you.

    I used Strawberry Jello and Pina Colada Yogurt for this.

    It's filling and tasty!

    It is also good as a fruit dip.
