  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 10 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 18 cup lime juice
  • 1 12 cups shredded cheddar cheese

    Slice chicken breast in half making 8 thin steaks.

    Brown chicken breasts in olive oil.

    Add garlic.

    Saute for about 2 minutes.

    Mix salsa, ranch dressing and lime juice together.

    Pour over chicken.
