- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup salsa
- 4 garlic cloves
- 10 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 18 cup lime juice
- 1 12 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1Slice chicken breast in half making 8 thin steaks.
