Low Cholesterol Dinner Rolls

  • 1/3 c. Mazola oil
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. skim milk, heated
  • 1 c. warm water (105~ to 110~)
  • 2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
  • 6 to 7 c. plain flour
  • 3 Tbsp. corn oil margarine, melted

Directions

    In a large bowl of electric mixer, combine oil, sugar, salt and hot milk.

    Mix well.

    Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water (105° to 110°).

    Let set 5 minutes.

    Gradually add Egg Beaters, yeast and 2 1/2 cups flour.

    Beat 3 minutes at high speed. Stir in enough remaining flour to make soft dough.
