Ingredients
- 2 medium egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
Directions

1In beater bowl, beat the whites with the sugar, salt, mustard, garlic powder and pepper until quite foamy.

2Slowly begin to add 1/2 cup oil while beating on high.

3You must add oil slowly or the mixture will not emulsify.

4Now add 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Continue beating and adding oil on high until all of the oil is used.

5Then beat in the last tablespoon vinegar.

6Pour into covered jar and keep refrigerated.

7This thickens more on chilling and is excellent for all salads.
