  • 2 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 apples, peeled, sliced and cored
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp. applesauce
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. sliced almonds

    Mix all liquid, then mix both together. Whip it.
