  • 2 cans pinto beans
  • 8 oz. lasagna noodles
  • 3 c. non-fat ricotta cheese or low-fat cottage cheese
  • 4 oz. non-fat Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

    Using 1/3 of each ingredient, arrange in this order in a 9 x 13-inch pan:
