Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 slices diet white bread (40 calories per slice)
  • Egg substitute to equal 2 eggs (4 oz. Egg Beaters)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/4 c. evaporated skim milk
  • 1/2 c. golden raisins
  • 1 tsp. Molly McButter
  • 1/2 c. canned whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 c. Special K cereal
  • Nonstick vegetable spray

Directions

    Tear or crumble bread and set aside.

    In large bowl, combine egg substitute, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, evaporated milk, raisins, Molly McButter and cranberry sauce.
