  • 1 chico fruit or 4 strawberries or 10 blueberries or 1 mango
  • 2 tbsp. soy lecithin powder
  • 1 tsp. flax seeds
  • 1 tsp. wheat bran
  • (Can add any other non-citrus fruit of choice)
