  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 (2 lb.) jar tomato sauce (Healthy Choice, Ragu)
  • 1 link Italian flavor turkey smoked sausage
  • 3 c. rainbow rotini or veggie pinwheels
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. nonfat Mozzarella, shredded

Directions

    Cook ground turkey and bell pepper; drain.

    Slice sausage like pepperoni.

    Add sauce and sausage.

    Simmer while cooking macaroni per package directions.

    Pour sauce into large baking dish.

    Drain macaroni; add to baking dish.

    Add Mozzarella and stir; reserve some Mozzarella for the top.

    Bake, uncovered, at 400° until bubbly, about 20 minutes.
