Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey (96% or 1 lb less fat)
  • 16 ounces frozen corn
  • 1 (16 ounce) can black beans
  • 1 (16 ounce) can light kidney beans
  • 1 (16 ounce) canof delmont diced tomatoes
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans tomato puree
  • 5 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 onion
  • 12 diced green bell pepper

Directions

    Cook the pork and turkey in a large pan with the onion and green peppers.

    Once turkey and pork is brown.

    Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook approx 6 hours.
