- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. arrowroot or 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. seedless raspberry jam
- 2 tsp. framboise (optional)
Directions

1In a small saucepan, whisk together sugar, cocoa and arrowroot or cornstarch.

2Gradually whisk in 1/4 cup water and jam.

3Bring to simmer over medium heat; whisk constantly.

4Remove from the heat and stir in framboise, if using.

5Let cool slightly.

6(The sauce can be stored, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.) Makes 2/3 cup.
