  • 1 loaf fat-free bread
  • 2 cans fat-free chicken broth
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • sage to taste
  • Egg Beaters (equivalent to 2 eggs)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Pinch bread up in a bowl.

    Pour in broth, onions, sage, salt and pepper.

    Add Egg Beaters; stir up well.

    Put in 8 x 10-inch baking dish and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
