- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard

- pepper
Directions

1Shell the hard-boiled eggs. Discard the yoke and mash up the egg whites in a small dish.
