- 2 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. RapidRise yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 5 3/4 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Add sugar, salt and small amount of flour.

3Stir until smooth.

4Sprinkle 1/4 cup flour on counter. Gradually stir in remaining flour.

5Remove dough from bowl and knead in last of flour.

6Knead until smooth.

7Place in bowl sprayed with Pam and cover with a warm, damp cloth until doubled, about 30 minutes.
