- 2 eggs
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1Beat eggs, salt, paprika and dry mustard in top of double boiler.

2Gradually add lemon juice and milk, stirring constantly. Cook until thick, at least 3 minutes.

3Remove from heat and stir in oil.

4Pour into jar, cover and refrigerate.

5Stir before serving.
