  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 2 2/3 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

    Add either pineapple (drained) or blueberries, apples (chopped) or cranberries.
