  • 1 egg white
  • 2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 c. + 1 Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika

    Combine next 5 ingredients in a bowl. Stir with a whisk.

    Dip chops in egg white mixture and bread crumbs.
