  • 2 lb. ground turkey
  • 2 Tbsp. low-fat oil
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. no egg yolk thin noodles
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cans tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 can ripe olives or 2 small cans, chopped
  • 1 can corn
  • 1/2 lb. no-fat sharp cheese
