- 12 cup flour
- 14 cup sugar or 14 cup brown sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 egg whites
- 12 cup skim milk
Directions

1Sift flour, baking soda, salt and sugar (all dry ingredients).

2Add in milk and fold until smooth.

3Whip egg whites until glossy, add into batter, FOLDING GENTLY (there may be lumps!

5Heat oil in griddle over medium heat.

6Once griddle starts smoking drop batter by tablespoonfuls.

7Add in additional ingredients if making unique pancakes.

8But take notice that chocolate has to be added into batter before cooking.

9When bubbles appear on top of raw side, flip the pancake.

11When able to slide spatula completely under pancake, lift off or fry until golden.
