- 12 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 packages stevia
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup wheat bran
- 4 tbsp melted butter
Directions

1Preheat griddle to 350

2In a large mixing bowl add 12 oz of cream cheese , stevia in the raw, vanilla.

3Mix cream cheese adding 1 egg at a time slowly until batter is smooth.

4(Some lumps are ok)

5Add wheat bran, baking powder, flour.

6Mix well

7Mix the melted butter in the batter right before cooking.

8Let the batter sit for 5 mins.

9It will thicken making fluffier pancakes.

10Apply cooking spray to griddle.

11Pout batter on griddle.

12Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup.

13Cook 1 to 3 minutes until edges are slightly firm.

14Then flip the pancake cook the other side until golden brown.
