- 4 cups milk skim
- 12 ounces milk evaporated skim
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

1Heat milk, canned milk, eggs, and sugar over medium heat about 10 minutes, until slightly thickened.

2Do not boil.

3Stir over a bowl of ice water 2 minutes.

4Stir in vanilla; cover and chill 4 to 24 hours.

5Add more skim milk if needed to achieve desired consistency.

6Top with ground nutmeg just before serving.
