- 1 (4 to 6 lb.) beef rump roast
- 6 potatoes, peeled
- 6 carrots, peeled and cut in half
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Place roast in roasting pan. Bake at 375° for 1 hour.

2Place potatoes and carrots around roast. Combine remaining ingredients and 1 soup can of water in blender container.

3Process until smooth.

4Pour over roast and vegetables.

5Bake, covered, at 275° for 3 hours longer or until roast is tender.

6You may slice an onion, if you prefer, over the roast.

7Yields 6 servings.
