Ingredients: 1 1/2 ounces white whiskey, preferably corn; 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth, preferably Punt e Mes; 1/2 ounce Cardamaro (spiced, bittersweet herbal digestif); 1/4 ounce amontillado sherry, preferably Lustau; Dash of orange bitters; Ice; 1 orange twist

1/2 ounce Cardamaro (spiced, bittersweet herbal digestif)
1/4 ounce amontillado sherry, preferably Lustau
Dash of orange bitters
Ice
1 orange twist

Directions

In a mixing glass, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the orange twist; fill with ice and stir well.

Strain into a chilled coupe.

Pinch the twist over the drink and discard.
