  • 1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Pour into a large pie plate. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.

    Reduce heat to 325° and bake for 1/2 hour longer.
