- 1 (16 oz.) can butter beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can lima beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
- 1 lb. bacon, diced
- 1/3 c. light brown sugar
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Fry bacon and onion just until onion is tender, about 5 minutes.

2Stir in sugar, vinegar, salt, mustard and garlic salt; simmer, covered, 15 minutes.

3In a large 4-quart casserole, combine the 4 kinds of beans; toss lightly to mix.

4Spoon bacon mixture over top of beans.

5Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.

6Serves 10 to 12.
