Ingredients

  • 1 can white kidney beans, undrained
  • 1 (1 lb.) can mixed vegetables, undrained
  • 1 can beef bouillon
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 soup can water
  • 4 frankfurters, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 c. dry red wine

Directions

    Heat all the ingredients in a 3 to 4-quart saucepan.

    Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, covered.

    Pour into an ovenproof dish. Cover with toasted Italian bread.

    Cover with grated Mozzarella or Swiss cheese.

    Bake in oven until bubbly and cheese melts.
