- 1 can white kidney beans, undrained
- 1 (1 lb.) can mixed vegetables, undrained
- 1 can beef bouillon
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 soup can water
- 4 frankfurters, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 c. dry red wine
Directions

1Heat all the ingredients in a 3 to 4-quart saucepan.

2Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, covered.

3Pour into an ovenproof dish. Cover with toasted Italian bread.

4Cover with grated Mozzarella or Swiss cheese.

5Bake in oven until bubbly and cheese melts.
